Although projects can be similar, pricing for consulting and technical assistance varies from project to project depending upon the size and complexity of the organization, as well as the scope and duration of the project. Together, we would determine if an hourly rate, deliverable rate, or other possible compensation structure would be appropriate for your organization's needs and the potential cost to deliver the needed services.

The first conversation is usually complimentary and non-obligatory (maybe even the second), as it provides an opportunity for both Ferrone Associates and the potential client to determine if they are a good fit for one another.  It also allows Ferrone Associates to learn enough to offer some initial insights as well as to propose a scope of work and approach, as needed (and as requested). 

There's a lot of flexibility when it comes to working out the final project arrangements that fit your budget.  You've got nothing to lose by having at least one conversation--a conversation that could positively change the course of your organization's future.  There's no hard sell... just an up-front and honest response waiting for you.
